Our Story
We offer shelf stable preserves using whole foods in a Gluten Free kitchen. Our preserves are also free from artificial preservatives and any other artificial ingredients.
Traditional Country Preserves has been a local icon in Blenheim for over 20 years with loyal customers often telling me about the products from back then.
I have always liked to be hands on and enjoy making new products. The fact that there are so many lovely ingredients that often do go to waste inspires me to use them creatively.
I make both traditional products like Tomato or Beetroot Relish, Cauliflower & Pineapple Chutney, and Maharajah Chutney but also my own recipes such as Peach Chutney to cater for changing tastes.
