I am excited to announce that from Wednesday 26th of this month all appointments will be held at the Nitespa at 47 Rene Street, Springlands.

I will be working out of a beautiful, cosy room close to the main building at the Nitespa, amongst the lovely vines. You can come wait in the Nitespa reception when you arrive and I'll be out shortly to greet you.

Until then I will be working out of the lovely Body Restore Clinic as per usual.

Hey everyone, I've made the decision to come back to Blenheim 🥳
Not because of the horrendous Wellington weather we've had over the past few weeks but mainly for family reasons. ❤️

How is everyone's 2024 so far?

Today I thought I'd bring focus to one of my favourite acupuncture points, Sanyinjiao SP-6.
This point’s name refers to the 3 “Yin” meridians that intersect at this point on the lower leg. That makes it a great point to stimulate and fortify the Yin of the body which is the feminine energy. The yin is important for proper function and maintenance of bodily fluids including hydration, cervical mucus, and menstrual blood.

How to find it:
Place 4 fingers right above your inner ankle. It’s right on top of that in the depression on the border of the tibia bone. It may even be slightly tender to the touch. You can stimulate it with acupressure for 1-2 minutes on both sides for some at-home energy balancing.
