In our Power class I take you through a mix of movements designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility and improve balance.
Each class begins with a strong warm-up to awaken your muscles, followed by powerful standing poses, arm balances, and deep stretches. You'll move rhythmically with your breath, pushing past limits and finding both intensity and release.
This is suitable for all levels as you can take the class at your own pace. We have a bit of fun and we end with a relaxing stretch to cool the body down and relax in Shavasana

Yes!! I am running Easter Monday classes so please get in quick to book your spot!

If you have been wanting to try out a Heated Warm Yin Yoga class with me at Embody and experience how it feels to stretch through a restful class while the heat is nourishing your body (please note this is a comfortable temperature), here is your chance!!
This is being held at 9.15am and you can book in via this link - https://www.embody-studio.com/schedule

If the evening suits you better and you want to come along to either of my 4.30pm or 6pm classes, please message me to confirm your booking as spaces are limited in these classes!! You will experience a real treat which involves a deep stretch then finishing with blankets, eye masks and hot water bottles to really allow you to move into a restful state.
