Yin yoga - I teach is a slow relaxing style of yoga where we move through the class slowly holding poses for between 2 to 5 minutes with intention of calming the mind using the breath, while some poses will challenge you in the moment you will leave feeling calm, stretched and relaxed.
Power class - I take you through a mix of movement to help build strength and improve balance while still gaining mobility. It's easy to follow and slow pace but we build heat in the body this class is a bit of fun then we end with a little stretch and relax in Shavasana!
No mats needed but your welcome to bring one. Everything is provided for you.
