Yin Yoga is a deeply restorative class that offers time & space for you to unwind muscles, tissues & joints, alongside providing a calming effect that supports your mind to quieten and build mental resilience.

This practice is floor based and for anybody interested in starting their Yin Yoga journey.

As I bid a heartfelt farewell to my incredible team, cherished clients and friends, I express my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and fun over the years.

You will be in great hands & I'm thrilled to welcome Erin to the leadership role in 2026.

After 21 remarkable years in Marlborough and eight wonderful years at Body Restore Clinic Ltd, I've had the privilege of connecting with and collaborating with some truly legendary individuals who have enriched my journey. I'd like to extend my deepest appreciation to those who have contributed to my growth; I have absolutely loved supporting you on yours and being your biggest cheerleader, whether big or small. We've shared many milestones in life. Though I'll miss our daily, weekly, or monthly interactions, the memories and friendships we've forged will remain with me forever.

tonight with Lydia Mossman from Yin Yoga.

Lydia has been instructing yoga since 2019, subsequent to discovering her passion for the dynamic nature of flow yoga in her personal practice. She is particularly drawn to the manner in which flow yoga cultivates strength, balance, and mind-body awareness - qualities she incorporates into each of her classes. Lydia's flow sessions invite participants to explore their limits and discover ease within the effort, while her yin classes provide an opportunity for profound relaxation and release.
