Banjo Brews is ready for a long hard winter. It's such a strange and scary time for us all. I'm thinking how glad I am to be a New Zealander and how lucky we are to have a government that will try to help us through this. In the meantime Sandie and I have committed to buying only New Zealand made products. It's the only thing we can think of to help our struggling businesses.

Here's the view from our brewery. We think it's pretty lovely!

This is a great article. Relax everyone Banjo Brews is still making our kombucha the old fashioned and authentic way. It's true the big Australian companies are making theirs from concentrate..They also use erythritol and stevia as their sweeteners.... Plus you might see "fruit flavourings" on their labels - not the real organic fruit lovingly added to our brews. We don't carbonate either - we've got to admit it makes it a lot more tricky to let the brew do it's thing naturally - but that's what we are all about. Keeping it real!
