It is with a sad and heavy heart I inform you of the passing of Paco my little black boy who helped me create OsteoLife and helped in the daily running of the clinic. It can not go on without him. And so we say Farewell to OsteoLife. Farewell and well wishes to Paco; who is now cloud hopping and rainbow chasing. Be a phoenix my boy & spread your wings and soar. You are so loved and so missed. My life is no longer the same without you.

Take a breath. Oxygen is our number 1 life force. Every cell in our body is aerobic meaning it needs O2 to function. Our body is a complex integrated system of cellular communication through electric impulses, hormone signals and fluid dynamics.

When people are in pain &/or stressed we tense up; which reduces the effective blood & oxygen supply around the body & reduces the communication the body needs. Pain signals to the brain actually activate with low blood & oxygen supply.
Relax - stretch - lie down. Be outside in fresh air. Walk, sit, dream, be. Let your body BREATHE.
