Empower A non traditional style of stretching & yoga.Working on flexibility, strength ,realigning and opening up the body. Suitable for beginners to intermediate.

My classes are to share my passion for Yoga and all of the benefits it can bring. I have been practising for Two years & my next goal is to gain my certificate YTT100 (yoga teacher training 100 hours ) . Everyone is welcome classes will run for 1 hour and finish with a 10min core strengthening session.
