Keeping clients warm while in a relaxed state is always priority, however 30°C days aren't fun for anyone

The new heatpump will keep the studio pleasant all year (quietly 🤫)

Also, that massage apparatus I'm holding is another recent addition. It's an experience in itself!!

I highly recommend Metafit classes for my local followers

I have been attending weekly for several years and find it a great way to maintain a foundation level of cardio, strength and mobility

It is a military style HIIT class so is fast and explosive enough to cater for capable athletes, while having easier movement options for people starting out

Brightwater school hall 6pm mondays, just turn up and have a go (with yoga mat if you have one 😉, message the metafit team for more info)
