🚂Choo Choooo … Breath Club tomorrow morning… the big reason for creating Breath Club was to create a way for me to be more consistent with my breathwork … to help me to do a practice that I love at least once a week. If other people come great but if no one comes I still get to do my practice. I figured if I can do this at least once a week that’s upto 52 times a year and that feels good. There is a moment at the end of the breath session just sitting in a stillness , breeze on the skin , sound of the waves , smell of the ocean , sun coming through that for me is a very special place and it makes the effort sooooo worth it and set me up for a fantastic day … and it goes to the next level getting to share that moment with others. So if you have been meaning to come down I would love to share it with you .
Tomorrow session is a little different with no sauna to use after so I’ll be jumping in the sea but the breath practice & experience will still be the same .
