New Zealand Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists The NZMMP’s main role is to provide ongoing education in musculoskeletal manual/manipulative physiotherapy.

A wide range of techniques are taught, drawn from the world’s leading manipulative specialists. The New Zealand Manipulative Physiotherapists Association (NZMPA) is a special interest group of Physiotherapy New Zealand and is one of the member organisations of the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT).

PGP Uncovered – a course for clinicians on managing sacroiliac joint, p***c symphysis, and coccyx dysfunction

The 2-Day In-Person course will provide you with hands-on assessment skills and treatment techniques to improve your clinical competency in assessing and managing sacroiliac joint, p***c symphysis and coccyx dysfunction.

The pre-course learning includes six hours of lectures and practical assessment videos that are designed to optimise your learning experience and familiarise you with techniques and assessment tools you will use during the two-day in-person intensive course.

Do you manage middle aged or older patients with lumbar radicular leg pain or radiculopathy? There is a very good chance that their leg problems are associated with lumbar spinal stenosis. In this webinar, we will go over some of the typical and atypical presentation of lumbar spinal stenosis related problems affecting lower limbs. We will also cover the key differential conditions as well as navigating patient expectation, prognosis and management pathways of these conditions.

About the presenter: Michael is physiotherapist who currently works in both Te Whatu Ora and private ACC orthopaedic clinic in assessing and providing management pathways for patients presenting with spine related problems alongside an orthopaedic consultant.
