Nicole also did really well. Body weight down 900g, no skeletal muscle lost and a drop in visceral fat of one level. Nicole‘s body phase angle test went up by .2. These results were achieved by some simple nutrition changes such as increasing vegetables and lean protein at lunch. Also Nicole needed some additional protein at dinner. (Nicole’s vege intake was already great at dinner time). Nicole was not able to increase her exercise due to an injury. She met her goal of improving the nutrition in her diet and we can see the results
