The arrival of settled, summer weather seems to have prompted people to think about farm visits as I have had several calls from people wanting to make bookings in the past few days. Because we stopped doing farm visits and holiday programmes toward the end of 2012, I have been suggesting people check out “Wee Dram Farm Park” and Warwickz Farm” as alternatives to visiting us. Both are great places, and have heaps of animals that you can interact with. Best wishes, & make sure you check out those other farms this summer! Nikki

We sent this photo of the gorgeous Iris and cheeky Snowy to the "Wish You Were Here" competition in The Press last summer ... it's a nice reminder of the relationships forged on our farm between kids and animals
Not long until entries open for this summer, so it's time to start capturing those special moments again ...

Well with all the severe weather forecasts predicting a huge snow storm we were prepared for snow like this dump we got in June 2006 ... But the snow didn't settle here this time. Just LOTS of rain and flooding.

Gina had a gorgeous white cria on Saturday - these pictures were taken less than two hours after he was born. Nature is amazing!

This wee boy is just adorable - cute we patch around one eye and not the other.

And only 4 weeks until they are old enough to go to new homes. We will miss them and their crazy antics - and are having a hard time not keeping one.

The scorching temperatures have browned off the paddocks and we are feeding out poplar for some green feed.

The puppies have started eating solids now - and it's a bit messy! They have started playing a lot more too - very cute!
