A C.A.R.E. Champion is someone who brings our values of Competence, Authenticity, Respect, and Empathy to life in everything they do.
This year is the very first time Sound Care Group is honouring these extraordinary individuals.
Across all facilities, residents, families, and staff submitted nominations to recognise team members who consistently go above and beyond. From these heartfelt nominations, each home selected one C.A.R.E. Site Winner, the person who best represents our Culture of Care.
At the end of the year, from all site winners we will choose the Sound Care Group C.A.R.E. Champion 2025.

Cosmina is the warm heart of our Cambridge Life kitchen a steady, caring presence whose support reaches far beyond the meals she prepares. As Kitchen Manager, she doesn’t just nourish our residents with food; she nourishes our home with kindness, patience, and genuine care.
Her leadership brings comfort to residents and confidence to her team. Whether she is planning meals, guiding her staff, or sharing a warm smile in the hallway, Cosmina makes everyone around her feel valued and looked after.
Her dedication touches every corner of Cambridge Life, and we are so proud to celebrate her as our 2025 C.A.R.E. Site Winner.
