Today our physios Melissa and Rene presented at the Hamilton PD Support Group.
We covered all things EXERCISE and DOPAMINE in relation to Parkinson's! Its was a great to get out in our Parkinson's community - Thanks for having us Parkinson's NZ!
We also are pumped to say we have open classes for our PD Move it! Parkinson's specific exercise next Friday 29th July 10am and 11am. These will be held at our Cambridge clinic location. All welcome, come give it a go! 💫💪
