Join us for our Physio-Led Mat Pilates classes on Monday 6.15am and Wednesday 6.15am (new time) where we work on strengthening, stability and mobility through Mat Pilates principles.

All levels welcome. Bringing you own mat is preferred, although we will have a few available.

DM us for more information, booking online is now available. First class starting from the 17th of July.

Our casual class rate is $22, or you can purchase a concession pack of 5 classes for $100 🧘‍♀️

Awesome to have Dr Melissa Davidson in yesterday discussing all things pelvic health. Melissa is the only physiotherapist specialist in Pelvic health in NZ. Was great to have join in as well.
