I am passionate about providing effective, natural and holistic massage treatments and balms that feel and smell amazing. After being introduced to the wonderful art of massage during nursing training, I followed my love of natural healing, continuing to study and work in Australia and Wellington gaining valuable experience and knowledge in therapeutic massage, aromatherapy and natural healing. nce being a massage therapist, I have been making and using aromatherapy-based balms and oils for massage treatments and skin care to complement, enhance and facilitate healing. Zesty • Uplifting • Happy

A refreshing blend of therapeutic essential oils to boost positive mood and energy. Great for depression, stress and feeling exhausted and scattered. Opening and grounding.
Toning and cleansing to skin, digestive and lymphatic systems, assisting in the removal of toxins and congestion.
Soothing to muscular and menstrual aches and pains.
Natural insect repellent.

🌿 Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi)
Refreshing and cheering Grapefruit is a great detoxing oil to the kidneys and lymphatic system, also helping with sluggish digestion. It’s toning and clarifying to oily and problematic skin and fantastic for nervous tension.

🌿Lavandin (Lavandula x intermedia)
A cross between true and spike Lavander, Lavandin essential oil is stimulating and energising with medicinal, peppery notes sweetening later.
Excellent for muscular and respiratory congestion and cleansing to skin and environment.
Lavandin expands the body’s aura helping you feel freer and more confident.

🌿 Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
Woody and earthy Lemongrass essential oil is very grounding and will help you reconnect with earth’s energies. Assists in the removal of negative energy, whilst promoting awareness and purification.
Regenerative and strengthening to connective tissues and circulatory system - great for sports helping prevent and treat sprains, strains, tendon and ligament damage.
Cleansing to lymphatic and digestive system helping with varicose veins, lymphatic drainage, oedema and sluggish system.
Great insect repellent.

🌿 Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martini)
A lovely oil for easing stress, calming emotions and promoting inner peace. Palmarosa essential oil is cooling and calming, clearing heat whilst uplifting the emotions.
It helps balance sebum production and is reputed to stimulate cellular regeneration.
An excellent tonic for the digestive system, helping stimulate sluggish digestion and appetite.
Great insect repellent.

How to invigorate 🌞

Diffuser: 2-10 drops
Add to spray bottle
Put a drop on a tissue and sniff as needed. Leave in the car or linen draw.
Add to bath: 2-10 drops
Add to shower: 1-2drops to facecloth or shower base
Add to oil or balm for massage: 10-20 drops 30-50ml
