How to sleep better?
Here is one approach.
Get natural light into your eyes as early as you can in the morning, it helps suppress melatonin and increase cortisol, both of which signal to your body to be alert and helps control your circadian rhythm. A morning spike in cortisol will also positively influence your immune system, metabolism and ability to focus during the day.
Further, morning sunlight helps regulate your “circadian clock” — the body’s mechanism for anticipating when to wake up and go to sleep — and it manages other biological processes like hunger and body temperature.
So a little sunlight can do wonders for you.
