In the city of Ulm, Germany, a team of designers and engineers created solar-powered sleeping capsules called Ulmer Nests to help homeless individuals survive freezing winter nights. These pods are thermally insulated, windproof, and waterproof, offering a safe refuge when traditional shelters aren’t accessible or preferred.

According to Electrical Technology, each capsule fits up to two people and includes features like CO₂ and smoke sensors, ventilation systems, and solar panels for sustainable heating and lighting.

The pods are designed to preserve privacy and dignity, there are no cameras, and occupants can lock the capsule from inside. When someone enters, a motion sensor alerts social workers, who check in the next morning to offer support.

According to the Ulmer Nest team, the initiative began as a pilot in 2020 and has since gained strong community backing, with locals even offering hot drinks to overnight guests. While not a replacement for permanent housing, these capsules serve as emergency shelters and a lifeline during extreme cold. #

NUMEROLOGY WHAT’S IN STORE September 2025
September brings us to the end of a somewhat chaotic 9 month cycle of experience that began in the number 1 month of January. Not only have we arrived at a 9 month (9 + 9 +2 + 0 + 2 + 5 = 27; 2 + 7 = 9); we are also journeying through the universal 9 year of endings.

This double 9 energy represents completion of karma, helping release negative patterns of behaviour that include old stories and regrets, and the endless repetition associated with past life cycles. These are extraordinary times with exciting chapters ahead. Both the Astrology and Numerology are pointing to a great shift wherein the old energy is being dismantled to free us up to embrace a higher purpose.

As we navigate the external world, adjustments may be necessary. We are likely to feel restless and moody. A good Spring clean of our home followed by a smudging ritual will help eradicate stagnant energy, cleansing both our home and our bodies.

Bigger shifts in our lives may be occurring. This may include moving house or perhaps moving overseas to live. Work may no longer be satisfying, and I have friends who tell me how unsatisfying their work has become, as they seek new opportunities. Personal relationships may also be ending. It is comforting to remember that when people move out of our life, new ones will enter to support our soul growth.

These changes are essential for us to cope with the high frequencies that are part of this fifth dimensional shift. Finding a quiet time to breathe deeply into our hearts will support and help us maintain and strengthen our inner core. With inpouring of Light, the cosmos is aligning, supporting the evolution of consciousness and a New Earth.

Look at this great lady- what a gutzy lady, actioning her gifts and assisting others.
Her interest is obviously rural farming, her energy is naturaly sensitive to water due to the needs of others and perhaps her own property.
Her body is being the devining tool to find the water- In those times, yes water devining was accepted- what is the difference between devining water and devining spirit?
None really, its just different energies that we are working with!😊

Hot sour dough for breakfast, rather excited about my first bake! I used our b.bq and it worked a treat.
Cost $4 to make- 2 slices very filling- I couldnt eat the 2nd fully. Murray is very full!
Good bang for your buck- does it take time-
yes, but if you start the method at night let it sit over night its ready to bake in the morning- its all about timing. Im excited for my journey of sauerkraut, and sourdough- beneficial for the gut and NO added gremlins in the mix! Nice to know what I am eating!😊 and YUMMM!

Love this!
Living is learning to be free and allowing others the same privilege.
Our children need the freedom to make mistakes, our teenages learn much by being free, with boundaries for safety. Our 20 year olds need to be set free with an eye of unconditional love on them.
Our friends are there to grow with us, accept and be free to not to hold on tight to our energy.
When we are free nothing can idampen our energy as we allow all in life to be free flowing.
Money, relationships, work it is all energy that should not be manipulated just set free!
And when all is set free and not controlled- that is when tbe magic happens, the love, the opportunities, the learning and tbe expansion.
Check your ego needs versus your soul requirements as a guardian of others and of yourself..😊🙏💜
