Good afternoon! Some exciting news to share for our Southern Cross Members!

iVitality is now a Southern Cross Easy Claim approved provider for the clinical services we have on offer ie: Iron Infusions, After Hours IV antibiotics administration; Blood tests; B12 Injections; Pharmac approved Vitamin administration plus more!

Ask your Doctor about referring to iVitality for those kinds of services that they may not be able to offer at their practice - just may save you a trip into town as well! Remember, this is not exclusive to just Southern Cross members though, anyone can enquire and not all services need a GP Referral.

I am super excited to share some great news with you!

I was blessed with attending the launch of Relfydess. First in NZ and well, first here in CHB! Relfydess is a ready-to-use liquid botulinum toxin type A (neuromodulator), designed to temporarily soften moderate to severe frown lines and crow’s feet.

Unlike traditional toxins that require reconstitution, it comes as a pre-prepared liquid, helping support precise, consistent dosing and reliable treatment outcomes.

Happy Valentines Day!

A vibrant weekend across Hawke’s Bay.

The Te Awanga Wine Festival is on today, while here in CHB the Kapa Haka Regionals are taking place at Russell Park, Waipukurau all weekend. On Sunday, the Wairoa Cup Race Day rounds things off at the Waipukurau Jockey Club. (Fingers crossed the weather holds.)

As the seasons begin to shift, mornings are darker and evenings arrive sooner. Stay well hydrated, keep your Vitamin C intake up, and nourish your body with good food.

Assessment is a MUST prior to any treatments/infusions which will include a health questionnaire, blood results to check renal function, iron if needed and also BP check.

Up to date *bloods for any infusion is necessary which we can do at the time of assessment then book your treatment in for a later date once results are back and seen by our Dr to ensure treatment is clinically indicated and have no contraindications.

*Blood tests must be no less than 3 months which are needed for infusions; results and treatments are shared with your GP.
No blood test needed for botulinum toxin treatments)
