Hi Everyone!!

It’s been such a long time since I shared anything because I’ve been recovering from a very inconvenient injury.. tennis elbow 🥴😅
I’m good to go again now though so thought I’d share some updates 🤗

While I’ve been away I’ve completed a 7 day lymphatic drainage massage course that includes meridian activations to help balance and reactivate your body’s optimal flow and let me tell you… WOW! 🤯
The results I got in my own body was nothing short of miraculous.
I didn’t even know I was so swollen until I wasn’t!

I am now offering this as a treatment which I will add to my list once I’ve updated it but in the meantime if you’re interested please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I am now also offering travelling massages and sound healing for events 🥳 think birthday parties, girls nights, weekend relaxation or whatever else you have planned and are looking for something unique and restorative ✨

Another very exciting thing I have coming up is the All That She Touches - Weave The Future Golden retreat hosted by Red Tent Aotearoa in Hororata from the 1-3 May.
I’ll be there offering intuitive massage and energy healing aswell as holding a workshop on transforming trauma.

It’s gonna be an absolutely epic weekend with many other incredible women working their magic and holding life changing workshops over the whole weekend.

The 3 things I hear the most after giving a massage 🥰

Even though most of the massages I do are deeper tissue ones, I absolutely love having clients that just need some love and kindness.

Being able to adapt and intuitively read your body and energy to give you what you need (as well as communicating what it is you’d like) is one of my favourite parts of what I do.

Every client is different.
Every day is different.
Every massage is different.

And that’s how it should be ✨

Do you know what’s good?!
👉🏻 Not having a sore back.
👉🏻 Not getting headaches or migraines.
👉🏻 Being able to move freely without restriction or fear of pain.

Pain is not a personality trait. It’s a symptom.
A signal. A message from your body that something deeper is going on.

My approach to massage is intuitive and therapeutic. Blending deep tissue techniques with nervous system awareness. Tuning into your body’s signals, applying the right kind of pressure at the right pace.. and in the right place! While also doing it in a space where your system feels safe enough to let go.

You don’t deserve to live life constantly battling through discomfort, thinking there’s no hope of improvement.
Trust me.
I’ve had many people lie on my table telling me they’re “f*cked” (their words not mine) and they always leave feeling better than they ever thought was possible.

You are not broken. And it’s not “just the way things are.”
Your body wants to heal, sometimes it just needs the right support.

I’m going to be away from the 3rd-14th of July for a very exciting reason!

The time has come to update my prices and offerings.
Since I have a range of different modalities to be able to support you wherever you’re at and many people who come to me don’t really know what it is they need I’ve decided to set this up by instead of paying different prices for different sessions you book in for a specific amount of time.

It could just be a deep tissue or relaxing massage you’re after, which is absolutely fine! This will just allow for intuitive flow and mean you will get exactly what you want and need on the day.

I shared the most incredible experience during a 90minute massage with a client yesterday.

For the last few years they’ve had numbness in a specific area in their left quad. They hadn’t had an injury as such it had just occured after some normal daily activity.

I started off by identifying the boundaries of the numbness and tuned into their energy field, nervous system and muscle fibres.

It was clear to me very quickly that whatever had happened at the time it occured, whether it was a thought or feeling had been trapped within that muscle and it was traumatic enough that the body had encapsulated the energy and numbed the area off to avoid having to deal with it.

I very slowly followed along the boundary stopping when I felt a particularly tight spot and only used enough pressure to meet the resistance of the muscles.

I kept awareness of any reactions that were happening on a physical and energetic level and only went as fast and as deep as the body felt safe with.

To start with my client only felt pressure but no pain (if they could have felt pain it would have been extremely tender because of how contracted everything was) but after a bit of working slowly along where the body wanted me to go they started to notice some sensation coming back.

That ment 100% I was on the right track and I could tell with just a bit more that it was going to release, which it did.

I had to follow 3 different lines in the muscle following the same process of going slowly, meeting the resistance and waiting for the nervous system to settle before continuing.

On the last tension spot that I could feel was the numbnesses last defence I knew I had to change the angle slightly and after only a few moments the whole leg jumped like an explosion of energy had literally been released from it.

I told them to breathe while I rubbed all over the quad reacclimatising it to being apart of the whole system.

The change was immediate, they had regained sensation.

It was AMAZING!!!

This is why massage is so much more than a physical modality.
Everything gets stored in our body somewhere so by working with all the different layers (physical, mental, spiritual) the best results can occur 😌😇🥰

Hi everyone!

I hope the first few months of this year have started off well for you all ☺️

I just want to say a massive thank to everyone who has come to me and trusted me with their body, mind and soul over the last few years.
I’ve had the honour of witnessing some massive transformations within the safety of the space I create and I am overflowing with gratitude for it all 🥹🙏

I started this business 3 years ago as Earth Angel, renting a room in an osteopath clinic only on Sundays where I would have maybe 1 client a week.
2 years ago I changed to Awaken and since then I have been on an ever evolving journey of learning, supporting and attracting all the things I have ever wanted… and didn’t even know I wanted! 😅

Now I have multiple regular clients, a beautiful cabin to work out of and have made connections that provide the most amazing opportunities to share my magic with large groups of people.

I’ve worked at many festivals, expanded my knowledge and offerings and have helped people overcome sometimes debilitating injuries, beliefs and just general issues that come up in life.

I am living a dream and my whole goal with this work is to help support and empower others to feel confident and capable of doing the same.

Anyone can do anything and everything is possible. We are the creators of our own individual life but it’s up to us to do the work to make it happen.
