In the early hours of Tuesday morning, my father took his last breath, with his wife, daughter, grandchildren, son and daughters in law and myself by his side.

We were so privlidged to witness his transition. Afterwards, as I was leaving his ward, I witnessed other people in their final stages of life, not so lucky. They were lying alone in their beds with no one else (besides the amazing hospital staff) to comfort them.

It made me realise how blessed our family is and how fortunate I was to have this man as my father in life.

Thank you dad for all your wisdom and teachings. 🙏✨️

Every Sunday is Kirtan from 5 - 7pm.
There are classes offering Restorative Yoga.
There are two massage therapists.
There is a monthly Satsang.
We have a Kirtan Album release in April.

Kirtan is the practice where you repeat the Divine names. Through repetition and being present, over time, you become more and more accessible to to the parts of yourself that you are unable to obtain through cognitive understanding and willpower.
