TMJ stands for Temporal Mandibular Joint, which is the joint that we use when we use our jaw to speak, eat, talk, and open and close our mouths. It is the most used joint in our bodies! It can also be where we hold a lot of tension, stress, trauma, and unexpressed emotions.

This specialized treatment works on the connective tissue (fasica), muscle and surrounding areas connected to the joint, head, neck and other areas in the body to release this stored tension and can help release any pain or discomfort you may be having because of jaw dysfunction.
