Celestial Wellness & Kotahi Manawa warmly invite you for an evening gathering of restoration and connection.

Join us at Evolve Studios for 90 minutes of deep relaxation, reconnection & restoration.

We will begin the evening with a grounding guided meditation to deeply drop you into the physical body to receive deep restoration during our frequency healing journey.

We will be using crystal sound bowls, chimes, and energy healing practices. We will end the evening with light kai and tea to reconnect into the physical body.

TMJ Jaw Release Sessions - In Person Session

These sessions are an holistic, whole body approach to any issues or pain relating to the jaw and are tailored to your Individual needs.

This is a sped up version of part of the session which includes an internal release of the muscles, fascia and ligaments that help the jaw function.

When these muscles become dysfunctional or out of alignment, either due to stress, missing teeth, jaw/teeth clenching, teeth grinding or many other factors; they can become tight, sore, and cause referred pain such as headaches, neck and shoulder pain
