Enjoy a wonderful 2 hour practice of Restorative Yoga and the sound of a Tibetan singing bowl to calm the mind, release any emotional tension and allow the vibrational sounds to release any blockages with ease.

Thank you to everyone who came out for my Big Restore on Saturday at Flow Yoga. We enjoyed 2 hours of deeply restful restorative Yoga to replenish, nourish and pause in the lead up to the holiday season.
