I have set an intention to no longer prescribe the combined contraceptive pill with synthetic oestrogen as we finally have a fully alternative CERAZETTE a 12 hour progestin only pill.
It's been around for more than 20 years but the funded version has been Noriday which only has a 3 hour window for remembering the pill before loosing contracetive cover for 1-2 weeks- has been the only option whilst breast feeding for years.
ASK your clinician if this is an option for you whanau as we have enough extra oestrogen in our foods and this is promoting dis-eases such as endometriosis and fibroids.

Today I have made an application to Medsafe for approval to use natural Psilocybin from Canada.
