The workplace is a melting pot of talents, but sometimes, we unintentionally let our differences divide us. Disabilities, both visible and hidden, are more common than you might think.

Some examples of invisible disabilities include: autism spectrum disorder, diabetes, and learning and thinking differences such as ADHD and dyslexia.

You might make assumptions about what someone can or cannot do based on their disability -- but each individual has unique strengths and preferences, so we should focus on the person, not the disability. πŸ’™

If you're not sure how to interact with a co-worker with a disability, the best thing to do is just ask. They'll be happy to tell you what they need and how you can help.
