Today The Universe is inviting you to feel and enjoy the power of your breath - your life-force.

We breathe without thinking, and yet when things get busy or overwhelming, there’s a good chance we deprive ourselves of what we need most: oxygen.
This air, this breath holds the life‑force of the Universe, and when we become aware of our connection to it, we create a pathway to guidance, support, and a deeper connection to ourselves.

Today you are being guided to take deeper breaths, to pause for a few minutes and allow more breathing space in your life.
When too many things are scheduled and there are too many things to do, your breath can become shallow, your energy can be spread thin, and then quite naturally - you can feel drained.
So, do take note of your breath. If you are holding it or unaware of it while doing tasks in your daily life - then pause - breath. Drop into your breath. This is a scared practice.

You weren’t born to live with a half‑full cup. You were born to breathe with ease and live a beautiful life that IS full—full of purpose, connection, goodness and love.

A gift awaits! Merry, merry, so very merry Winter Solstice dear friends and beloved families.
A workshop was held here today - it was a lovely very small gathering and together we meditated, wrote & shared words, thoughts and feelings; we held a powerful ritual of letting go (yes it involved fire!) and eating cake (that was me mainly) and sipping hibiscus tea sweetened with honey & citrus zest...oracle cards were pulled from The Native Heart Healing deck and messages were received. We had angels, ancestors and loved ones who came along...it was just soooo lovely.

Clearing the way
Weaving the cloth that has kept us warm
Sharing their bones with the babies
Passing down the stories, coded with truths
Waiting to be re-expressed in each new age
Reinventing as they vent the fires of their survival
Stirring soup pots on stoves
As they scheme with sisters feeling burdened
They find the most subtle and mundane ways to subvert the forces of darkness
The re-patterning happens through the living

In the pagan wheel of the Year this time is known as Samhain (pronounced Sah-Win) and it marks the ending of the old year and the beginning of the darkness of winter. It is a time to look back before moving forward, so that we may begin a new cycle having paid tribute to our past and growth and to those who came before - the old ones - our ancestors.

Let this Samhain workshop show you a new way of gentleness, of peace, of openness.

There is a new moon in Gemini at the end of May, and she brings her ancient wisdom. A sacred time of honouring by going within and evaluating our life choices. A wonderful time to ask yourself what you need to do to bring dreams into reality.

This time also reminds us to deeply rest and to let go of that which no longer serves us. This workshop offers support as you once again listen to your heart and it’s voice.

This new moon is a beauty & brings renewal & fresh ideas and the Light of your ancestors but first we need to rest to receive. So come and receive!
