Here is a fantastic review I have received from my lovely clients. They recognised that they needed a change in their overall well being, so they took the plunge and started the Taste success programme. This is some of what they had to say ……

I love this quote and it’s so right. There is a saying too “what do we have if we don’t have our health”
My spring special is still on. Why pay $349 when you can get it for $240 or do it with a friend or partner for $450 total! I can promise you will feel better!

Some of my clients experienced change in 2 week so why not give it a go 🤩

Hey Everyone

So here is a recipe for Hummus. This is a very nutritions spread that you can have as a snack, accompany it with dinner or lunch.

1 tin chickpeas drained
1 onion sliced
2 cloves garlic crushed
thyme chopped
1 heaped tsp cumin
1 heaped tsp coriander
salt
water
olive oil
1 Tsp Tahini
lemon juice
You can add other flavours like carrot, pumpkin, kumara or chilli etc. I like to roast these for extra flavour

Saute the onions and garlic till soft in a little olive oil, add a little salt as this helps to break them down. I like to have a bit of colour here, adds to flavour.
Add the dained chickpeas and cook for a wee bit. Add the spices and move around to toast them. Add the water and thyme. Just enough water to cover the chickpeas.
Simmer this for about 5 mins to allow the flavours to soak in. Add extra flavours if using here.
Allow to cook down until the liquid is half gone.
Blend together with lemon juice, Tahini salt, lemon juice and olive oil. This part I add eveything to taste, Im not a huge fan of tahini as it can over power the rest of the flavours.
I use the nutribullet too as I like a smooth hummus.

When ya stuck at home cos the kids are sick, I have no excuses not to exercise. Even without the cross trainer there is so much you can do to keep moving, just 20 mins a day will make a massive difference to you your well-being! Just jumping for 20 seconds will help ya lymphatic system to be happier and move toxins

Well it’s amazing what can happen when you come dead last in a challenge at the gym, it has completely changed my mind set. Instead of letting this “failure” defeat me I have decided to become a better runner, little steps but the other day I ran 15 mins today I did 20 mins next time 25 and on and on. I have defeated my fear of treadmills so onwards and upwards 🤩💪🏃‍♀️

Sometimes we just need to have a wee cheat day, yesterday was hard and was stuck home all day with the kids, Thursday is usually a day I have to myself but this wee one is a bit sick so no preschool. Thanks to my wonderful friend Sasha I was still able to get my hair cut. So because Charlotte was so good for her I have treated her to a fluffy and muffin ( I had a wee bit too 😉🤭) there is no shame in a treat we all need it now and then, stay awesome 🤩 health is about your brain too ❤️
