✨ 17.2kg down and stronger than ever! ✨
Lisa has been working with me for several years, steadily building consistent, healthy exercise habits. At the beginning of this year, we decided to take things to the next level by incorporating a personalised nutrition plan tailored to her goals — and wow, has she delivered.
Our original target was a 10kg loss, but Lisa has absolutely smashed that, dropping 17.2kg while gaining confidence, strength, and a whole new level of energy.
These days? She’s out casually doing 35km bike rides on the weekends for fun 💪🏼🚴♀️
We’re now shifting into maintenance mode — holding her results while continuing to build lean muscle and tone. I couldn’t be prouder of her hard work, commitment, and transformation. Lisa, you’re seriously amazing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
