5 Tips to keep your body healthy during winter
Staying healthy in winter can be more challenging due to the colder weather and shorter days. With some thoughtful practices, you can maintain your wellbeing:
1. Stay Active (indoor exercise - posture therapy, yoga, pilates, using home gym equipment, OR rug up and find something outdoors - brisk walking/running)
2. Eat a balanced diet - fruit, veges, whole grains, lean proteins.
3. Stay hydrated. Its easy to forget.
4. Get enough sleep. Aim for 7-9 hours per night to keep your immune system strong and your energy levels up.
5. Moisturise and protect your skin. Cold air and indoor heating can dry your skin. Use a good moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated. Your skin can also be a reflection of your wider health - look after yourself πŸ˜€
