Today I want to share some thoughts on imposter syndrome.
Even after more than 20 years of presenting to large groups, I still get those nerves creeping in. For a long time, I carried the belief that I wasn’t good enough. What we now recognize as imposter syndrome.
But here’s the thing: those doubts don’t define us. They’re just thoughts, not truth. Over time, I’ve learnt that every time I choose to back myself instead of listening to that inner critic, I grow stronger. And you can too.
