Shannon Gardener is a qualified Massage Therapist and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Neuromuscular Therapy at The New Zealand College of Massage (NZCM) Wellington Campus. After her studies, Shannon regularly worked with professional sports teams and individual athletes aiding in recovery, injury rehabilitation and prevention for several years. She has since moved to Christchurch to expand her career into teaching. She brings her knowledge and skills to the classroom as a tutor, first joining the team at NZCM for 2 years before it closed, and now at Ara Institute of Canterbury (soon to be Te Pukenga)

Shannon aims to have a holistic approach to help you achieve your optimal health and wellbeing goals. Shannon also has vast experience working with chronic pain, post surgery recovery, pregnancy massage, headaches/migraines and cervical pain. Massage session options available: 45, 60 or 90 minutes
