Everything we learn on the mat is something we can take out into the real world.

I'm a food first kind of girly .. but in all honesty, with the busyness of life plus ageing, I'm now a firm believer in adding a good quality protein powder in the mixer.

It takes the guess work out of my nutrition, and keeps it simple - plus it leaves me feeling so satiated so I don't crave those snacky treats mid-morning.

Friend, you don’t need to quit coffee, dessert, rest, or your social life to feel well.
You just need to start cutting out what you don’t love.

Things like:
🫴🏼The habits that drain you
🫴🏼The routines you force
🫴🏼The “shoulds” that don’t fit your life anymore

Values-based wellness asks different questions. Like:
🤔 Does this add to my life or take from it?
🤔 Does this feel supportive in this season?
🤔 Would I be okay doing this most days?

When your choices align with your values, decision fatigue drops and consistency gets easier.

And no, this doesn’t happen overnight.
Habits are built through practice, reflection, and refinement - not instant perfection.

But here's your permission to choose what actually works for you, time and again.

Bit of real talk incoming ..

Lately, I’ve felt kinda lost in my business.�
I’ve questioned whether it even matters, and I was honestly pretty close to throwing the towel in.

Instead of spiralling (OK ... maybe after a bit of spiralling 😅), I paused and asked myself one simple question:�
What actually lights me up right now?

And the answer came through LOUD + CLEAR … it’s movement!!

Movement has always been my safe place.�
Since I was a little girl, my body knew how to dance, shake, stretch and move big emotions through - it’s always been so instinctual for me.

And right now, movement is the pillar of my work that’s lighting me up 🔥
�Not because mindfulness or nutrition aren’t important (I adore them)…but because this is what my body, energy and soul are craving most in this season.

And so here’s the reminder I want to pass on to you:
↠You don’t have to do it all, all the time� ↠You’re allowed to pivot, change, evolve� ↠Follow what energises you - not what you “should” be doing� ↠Your body is wise AF -listen to her� ↠People feel your truth when you’re living it
