Wanting to learn more about essential oils and how you can use them in your home.

Come along for a relaxed masterclass tomorrow at the Coffee Club Spitfire Square at 2pm.

Following the masterclass I am running a coffee and oils connection, where you can drop in, grab a coffee and come and ask me any questions on your oils Maybe you have a few oils in your collection that you have not used and are not sure how you should be using them.

This is a casual get together so drop into the Coffee Club Spitfire anytime from 3.30pm. I've booked the little meeting room.

Okay guys, this one's from the heart.
I need your help 👏🏻

I'm participating in Premier Club, a program designed to help build wellness advocates up with the skills to go out and share with the community.

Well, it ends in 3 days and I'm sitting in 13th position BUT I'm two enrolments short of the graduation criteria 😭

I have held classes for everyone that reached out, however, my classes have run dry.
So, with that being said, I'm reaching out one last time to see if anyone is interested in coming to a class this Saturday afternoon, or hosting a class, or even just passing on the details of someone who would - think of people you've been excited to tell about your purchases.

I will never force anyone to sign up just so I can graduate, all I'm asking for is a few more open doors, to share what we have to offer.

I'm willing to offer a thank you gift to whoever hosts or sends a host my way ❤️❤️

Sniffles, stuffy noses, and winter bugs are making the rounds 🤧🍊🌲

These are some of my favourite essential oils to support comfort during cold & flu season — from clearing and refreshing oils like Eucalyptus and Tea Tree to calming favourites like Lavender and Cedarwood.

Each oil brings its own unique benefits, whether you’re looking to support easier breathing, create a calming environment, or simply make your home smell fresh and comforting while you rest.

Don’t forget to save this post for the next time the winter sniffles hit 💙

✨ Plus, I’ve included one of my go-to diffuser blends to try at home.

Breathe easy with this supportive diffuser blend! 🌬️✨

Combining the fresh, clearing power of Eucalyptus Radiata and Tea Tree with the comforting notes of Sweet Marjoram and Black Spruce, plus the uplifting sweetness of Sweet Orange, this synergy is designed to help ease congestion, calm coughs, and support healthy breathing—naturally.

Each oil brings unique benefits:

Eucalyptus Radiata: Opens airways and helps clear mucus
Sweet Marjoram: Soothes spasmodic coughs
Black Spruce: Grounds and comforts while supporting respiratory wellness
Tea Tree: Cleansing and immune-supportive
Wild Orange: Brightens the blend and uplifts the mood

Diffuse during cold season or whenever your home needs a breath of fresh air!

🌱 Diffuser Blend:
• 3 drops Eucalyptus Radiata (Eucalyptus radiata)
• 3 drops Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana)
• 2 drops Black Spruce (Picea mariana)
• 2 drops Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
• 2 drops Wild Orange (Citrus sinensis)

(Not for use with babies under 2—always diffuse in a well-ventilated area and start with a few drops.)

Racing thoughts keeping you awake at night? 🌙✨

Essential oils can be a beautiful way to support a calmer bedtime routine and help your mind transition into rest.

When inhaled, essential oils interact with the limbic system — the emotional centre of the brain — helping support relaxation, emotional balance, and the sleep-wake cycle.

Two oils I love for a busy mind at bedtime are:

🌿 Vetiver Essential Oil — grounding, earthy, and wonderfully calming for looping thoughts
🌿 Frankincense Essential Oil — helps create calm, deeper breathing, and emotional stillness

Whether you diffuse them, use them in a roller blend, or simply inhale them before bed, small rituals can make a big difference. 💛

Grounding, uplifting, and quietly powerful 🌿✨

Vetiver essential oil is often known for its deeply calming and earthy aroma, but this beautiful oil also has an uplifting side that supports emotional balance while helping the body feel strong and supported during times of stress and seasonal challenges.

Rich in naturally occurring compounds like sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpenols, Vetiver is valued for its soothing, stabilising, and immune-supportive properties. I love using it when I need to feel centred, emotionally supported, and reconnected after busy or overwhelming days.

It's warm, smokey-earthy aroma blends beautifully with citrus oils for a brighter, more uplifting feel or with florals and woods for deeper grounding support.

In this carousel I’m sharing:
🌿 Therapeutic properties
🌿 Emotional benefits
🌿 Chemical components
🌿 Safety information
🌿 Aroma profile
🌿 Ways to use Vetiver
🌿 A recipe to try
🌿 Diffuser blend inspiration

Vetiver reminds us that strength can feel calm, steady, and deeply rooted 💛

Do you enjoy earthy oils, or is Vetiver one you’re still getting to know?

Eucalyptus Radiata Steam for Cold & Cough

This classic steam delivers potent, direct relief for congestion and mucus. The aroma is fresh, cool, and clearing.

Ingredients:

1 - 2 drops Eucalyptus radiata Essential Oil (Eucalyptus radiata)

1 cup hot, steamy water

Directions:

1. Heat water until steamy (not boiling) and pour into a heat-safe bowl.

2. Add just 1 - 2 drops of Eucalyptus radiata to the bowl.

3. Close your eyes, lean over the bowl, and drape a towel over your head to create a tent.

4. Inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes, taking breaks as needed. Keep your eyes closed to avoid irritation.

5. Have tissues handy—this can loosen mucus and clear your sinuses quickly!

Safety Note:
Steaming is best reserved for adults. Never use more than 2 drops per steam session—more is not better and can cause irritation. If you have asthma, test by gently smelling the cap of your oil before using. Discontinue if you feel any irritation or dizziness.
