\\ THANK YOU & FAREWELL - DR SARAH MCFADDEN \\

We wish to advise that Dr Sarah McFadden will be leaving Burwood Health as at 31 December 2025. Dr McFadden has been an important and valued part of our team for many years, and her presence at the practice will be greatly missed by both staff and patients alike.

Dr McFadden's enrolled patients will be transferred to the care of Sarah Clark (Nurse Practitioner) for the interim.

We will share further details in the New Year about Dr Rachael Bruce who will be staying on at the practice after her Registrar year and will be taking on the care of Dr Sarah McFadden's patients.

Please be assured that you do not need to take any action during this transition. Your enrolment will remain active with Burwood Health, and our team will ensure continuity of your care.

We thank Dr McFadden for her many years of dedicated service to our patients and wish her all the very best for the future.

🎄✨ Christmas Is Coming – Don’t Forget Your Medications! ✨🎄

As we head into the busy festive season, now is the perfect time to check your medications and make sure you have enough to get you through Christmas, the New Year, and the summer break.

To ensure your prescriptions are at the pharmacy before Christmas Eve, please order your repeat medications before Monday, 22nd December 2025.

Avoid the last-minute rush and enjoy a stress-free silly season knowing your medications are sorted.

📣 Important Update: Enrolments Closing Soon

The last day for Burwood Health to accept new patient enrolments for 2025 is Friday, 12th December 2025.

Any enrolment requests received after this date will be held and processed from Monday, 20th January 2026, once our team returns from a well-deserved break with friends and whānau.

Please note:
🩺 If you submit an enrolment request after 12/12/2025, you will remain enrolled with your current medical practice until your enrolment with us is fully processed in the new year.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our team as we take time to rest and recharge. We look forward to welcoming new patients again in 2026. 💙
