✨ Meet Charlotte Bulow – Our New Osteopath ✨

We’re thrilled to welcome Charlotte to the Cashmere Osteo team!

Charlotte trained at the Ara Institute of Canterbury, completing a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy. She loves working with people of all ages — from babies to older adults — and has a special interest in pregnancy and post-partum care, paediatrics, jaw pain & TMJ, chronic pain, and headaches.

With over 8 years’ experience as a massage therapist, Charlotte brings exceptional hands-on skills and a warm, person-centred approach to every treatment. Having lived and worked in Mexico, India, Indonesia, and Europe, her care is deeply holistic and compassionate.

Outside the clinic, Charlotte enjoys gardening, yoga, beach days, and exploring the outdoors with her partner and their dog.

We’re so excited for you to meet her — welcome, Charlotte! 💛

Such an iconic Christchurch view at this time of year!
These cherry blossom trees currently in bloom opposite the clinic are pretty impressive.
A little know fact cherry blossom petals are edible and used a lot in Japanese tea. They taste fruity and sweet and sometimes sour, like a real cherry.

Introducing Massage Therapist Charlotte Bulow to our team at Cashmere Osteo 💆‍♀️🦴🧡
Charlotte is highly experienced with over eight years of professional practice. She uses a diverse range of techniques including relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. Her treatments are carefully tailored to support your needs whether you're looking to ease tension, restore balance, or receive focused therapeutic care.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health from Ara Institute of Canterbury and is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy. Pretty awesome am I right! 🤩

Hi my name is Easter, (best name for a bunny🤣 I'm supposed to live next door but prefer it at Cashmere Osteo. I like to sit beside the bike stand and welcome the patients who cycle. I'm very nosey and annoyingly adorable and can often be found hopping up the ramp and scratching at the front door!, why won't they let me in?
