✨ Stress plays a huge part in our lives. Stress causes triggers in the body that in turn bring the cortisol levels up, causing inflammation, digestion problems, anxiety and fatigue, plus much more.
✨It is so important to give yourself a break, to rest, recover and regroup/reset. Over time if the stress isn't dealt with, it can lead to bigger issues like illness in the body. Most illnesses do manifest in the body from stress and trauma over time.
✨ If you are in a situation that is causing you continual stress, it may be time to assess that situation, can you do anything about it? What can you do to lessen the stress in that situation for your own health and wellbeing.
