I started this business in a tiny room at Te Ara Sophia by the Rudolf Steiner school, learning holistic massage!

I then delved more into rongoā, nutrition and practiced mirimiri on some beautiful wāhine from my new clinic in Woolston near the Tannery. I met so many gorgeous people!

Finally, after completing a Diploma in Health Science from the NZ Naturopathic College, and because of life circumstances (being a māma to 4 sweet little darlings 😇), I decided to go fully online and offer free consultations and advice, offering popular NZ supplement brands and the one brand I shout from the rooftops since I found it for myself in 2019- Hardy Nutritionals. I love to support mental health natural alternatives. This is such an amazing area of natural health, and something I've also hugely benefited from for my own health as well.

I've been having an amazing summer so far, watching my babies grow, very busy with upcycling projects and DIY around the home, as well as gardening projects.

And finally, I was able to get another break over the weekend and travel down South to see my family. This weekend we will be visiting the glorious West Coast 🏄‍♀️ 🌊

I hope you all have a fantastic holiday season, and remember to love one another, take time to rest as well! Don't we all need it!

High vitamin B12 is a cause for concern in unsupplemented individuals, however, as it can be a sign of kidney, liver, or blood disorders that can lead to cancer. In summary, if high vitamin B12 levels are simply a result of supplementation, it simply means that the supplemental vitamin B12 is bioavailable and is being absorbed into the body.
