This 2 hour event is a full-body exhale with our amazing Dan! 🤌
We’ll take things slow and steady, using breath, awareness, and plenty of time to melt tension through your hips, hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, psoas, and glutes.
The extra time beyond a regular class means your body actually gets the time it needs to soften, open, and release without rush.
You’ll be guided through mindful, lengthening postures that build towards Hanumanasana (the splits) for those who want to explore it 🙊
