The 8 month sleep regression…
Just when sleep was (finally) feeling more predictable, suddenly you’ve got night wakings, nap resistance, and a baby who really doesn’t want to be put down.
This stage often comes with big developmental leaps, crawling and rolling, separation awareness, and lots of brain activity which can make sleep feel unsettled again.
It’s not a step backwards, even if it feels like one 🤍
