A Maori Purple Potatoe ..
It is Yam shaped , has a very deep Purple Colour , Even after Cooking and Is So Yummy to Eat.
We have a very Small Garden ..
Our Yield was enough for a few Meals ...
You Can't Buy Maori Potatoes from the local Supermarkets or Vege Shops ...
They are Such a Treat to Us ...
Tutaekuri Potatoes Taste slightly Sweet and Flourly ..
