This is a little promotion for my friend.

A close friend of mine runs a Japanese ume (plum) farm here in Christchurch, and she has finally achieved her long-time dream of creating her own umeshu. It’s a beautiful hybrid of Japan and New Zealand — traditional Japanese ume grown locally and crafted into a unique NZ-made umeshu.

You can enjoy it on the rocks, with soda, or in cocktails, and above all, it’s an incredibly delicious umeshu with a truly exceptional finish.
