My first workshop delivered today back in NZ as an OT, the topic, 'Dealing with Change'. A very different participant group in my role at Archer villages and care homes, compared to my work in Vanuatu but it was a great to be back in the workshop facilitator role.
I have faced and dealt with quite alot of change over the past year, returning to NZ...

2 weeks back home in Vanuatu to deliver 8 workshops and 17 life coaching sessions.
The people, the stories, the journeys and having the privilege of hearing and being a part of them is an absolute honor.
I have learnt that when you pour out, your cup gets refilled. I love my calling and feel so blessed to have these opportunities.
