Who am I? My name is Denna 25 years ago I discovered yoga - in my lounge on a video with 2 little baby’s. I wanted to feel good in my body and enjoyed the connection between breath and movement (sometimes with a baby in my arms)

Fast forward to now and this is one of my 2 babies - In 2018 I completed my 1st Yoga teacher training ......and at that stage never thought I was enough to take a class.

2020 I strengthened my Yoga learning doing my 300 hour.

I believe in the power of choice - and guide people to find their power, their strength and balance - both on the mat and off.
and for the last 8 years I have been helping others find their love for yoga – breath, movement and stillness.
