I love to travel light! Lugging heavy suitcases around airports and on boats is not for me. So I pack in a way that I can dress up and dress casual for all weather. Must haves for me are my Untouched World merino slouch pants and my mountain silk top. 🩵✈️🛳️

My Cultivate Joy Winter Wellness Retreat is complete. It’s hard to find the words to describe this magical time together but one of the retreaters, Amy wrote this poem to describe her experience with us all.

“Cold water caresses trembling skin,Yet hearts burn warm from fire within.Among the trees and mountains, a stillness grows - body, mind and breath.Strangers gather.A thread of openness winds through each heart.Not blood nor name, but presence shared.Each other met with love and grace.Body cleansed, breath renewed, spirit mended.A bond woven - pure, wild and deep.”
