I am so excited to reveal something special...
A series of mindful pottery workshops for women who are craving space to breathe, reconnect, and create with intention.

These workshops are presented across two sessions, where we’ll play with clay, ceremony and share moments of stillness and self-reflection.

My lovely friend Raewyn is jumping on board with me, to present this series of workshops. Raewyn is a women’s coach and co-founder of The Inner Peace Revolution. She will gently guide you through breathwork, reflection, and ceremony in the second session.

It took me a long time in life to understand how magic works.⁉

Wow I dont know about anyone else but what a start to the year! I cant believe we are now in March!
For those of you who know me, you will know that I have been busy getting business running with supporting beautiful women like yourselves, moving into my new house, supporting my mum as she steps deeper into dementia and just actually trying to live and love myself!
Its not easy some days is it, when you have so much going on to try and stop and smell the roses.
What I do know is that life keeps ticking away, it doesnt stop for me to catch up, I need to stop and breathe and feel all the emotions and all the feelings and appreciate all the moments, even the tough ones. Ive learnt lately that the tough moments are the biggest learning points and that the more I get excited about the hard stuff the faster it moves through and more happiness I can sit in and appreciate the life I have created.
I have leaned into not being so hard on myself and being aware that everything that happens to me is for me! AND I GET TO CHOOSE how i react and repsond and this has direct affect to what i create!
How is everyone finding the start of the year?
