Very happy. I have just completed my 4th Advanced CranioSacral course mostly deep inner emotional work although great physical work also. 2 teams of 5 get to trust each other, feel safe. Each session builds on the previous one. Discovery, dropping things, letting things go, finding power or softness or a voice or a different way of being in the world. Hugely Life-changing and a wonderful start to moving forward after my accident. Deep inner work is incredible and helped me turn several corners.

Happy New Year everyone, I have been very quiet actually non active for the last 6 months, as I recover from a serious injury. I am pleased to advise that I have nearly recovered, but it has been a long journey with lots of twists and turns, two steps forward and one backwards.
So you will start to see me more active on my social media platforms as I ease myself back into fulltime work.
I have not been idle whilst I recover, and intend to share my learnings with you.
May 2026 be all that wish and hope for.

Aaaaargh. I believe that all head knocks or concussions jam cranial bones. Meaning that the spinal fluid can't do as good a job of nourishing the brain nor of detoxifying it. I wish wish wish that CranioSacral was part of the concussion protocol. I also wish that people who 'have recovered, no symptoms ' would get a round of treatment also. Get those cranial bones checked everyone. And let your friends know, wherever they live in the world. Me, or someone else.. (I specialize in treating people who have not recovered from their concussion, and I do a lot of brain work). It's so sad. Shane Christie, fly high. Far too early.

Calling clients or friends of clients who have osteoporosis or pre-osteoporosis. Or a low immune system. Or those who wish to help themselves or others by learning Reiki:
2 of us are teaching this Saturday 14th June 9am to 1pm.
Diane will be teaching a Bones For Life lesson. 60 minutes.
After a break I will be teaching several qigong movements, culminating in Bone Breathing.
Shirley Wellness Centre, 9 Shirley Rd.
For both of these, $75.
To attend Diane’s Bones for Life only $20.
To attend 3 hour Bone Breathing $65
Please can you let anyone else whom you know of who might be prone to osteoporosis. Or who has low immunity.
Then I am teaching a Reiki course this coming Sunday 15th June 9am until 3pm.
This can be really useful for attitudes, injuries, helping with worry, getting to sleep, many things.
Venue: my clinic room Fine Tune Allied Healthcare 177 Innes Rd, St Albans.
Cost: $150 each or if you bring a friend $125 each. Family package available.
Reiki may help relieve stress and tension, relax and revitalise body, mind and spirit, promote the rapid healing of injuries, ease the pain of acute and chronic illnesses and may be used as a fabulous first aid too. It may be useful when targeting the brain and head and help with your ongoing good health. It is great to do on animals and it is very easy to help others as well as yourself.
My daughters’ hockey ball bruises would shrink after the game, in the car, being driven back home, when I did Reiki on them.
It’s helpful for children and adults with sleeping and general behaviour also.
New Zealand’s Olympic Gold Medallist, Hayden Roulston, credits Reiki for his successful cycling gold medal comeback after a severe heart problem. Google Hayden Roulston and Reiki for more information.
There is no ‘learning’ Reiki as such – it is a series of attunements.
Participating in the course may be immediately fantastic for your health because the attunements may help release blocked energy. However, it is the ongoing work on yourself with Reiki which probably can make even more of a difference.
I like my concussed clients or those with an ongoing issue to learn Reiki – you can help yourself!
Please can you let me know if you wish to participate. Payment to Gill Redden Cranio Ltd 06 0821 0760533 00

CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch therapy that may help free up the tissues in and around the CranioSacral system to enhance the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). CSF may nourish, protect and cleanse the Central Nervous System and brain and enhance nerve conductivity. Improved flow of CSF may provide the body with resources, allowing it to perform well, to heal itself and to be in a balanced state.
Because it may enhance the body’s natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure, for sports maintenance, recovery and more. It may have the ability to sustain a healthy immune system and bolster resistance to disease. It also may promote relaxation by calming the autonomic nervous system, part of which is the high-alert system that controls the fight/flight response.
Experienced clinicians are able to palpate the CranioSacral motion anywhere on a patient’s body. Valuable examination information can be gained very quickly by palpating the CranioSacral motion for rate, amplitude, symmetry and quality.
Gill Redden Cranio is a specialist, assisting clients with debilitating migraines or concussions. These may be either recent or decades old. The clinic also has a successful record in helping clients who have suffered from vertigo, neck or nerve pain and many other ailments as shown by the testimonials freely given on either www.gillreddencranio.nz or www.concsussion.nz websites.
CranioSacral therapy may enhance your general health, improve your resistance to disease, improve your brain and spinal cord function, reduce accumulated stress and work with your own natural mechanisms to enhance effectiveness.
While the brain is the human computer which oversees the processes and activities of every cell in our bodies, the spinal cord is literally the highway of nerves going away from the brain and coming back up to the brain.
CranioSacral therapy focuses on this system and may help to maintain it in a healthy state.
