Colic, reflux, constipation, missed/delayed milestones.... These aren't just 'normal' things. These are signs of a brain 🧠 and nervous system 'stuck' in fight-or-flight 😬

Babies should eat, sleep 😴 and p**p 💩 and that's about it. And it should all happen automatically, easily.

If a babies delicate, developing brain is stuck in stress mode, it's these areas that are often affected.

Unfortunately, kids don't 'grow out' of these things. But, because nerves that fire together wire together, this stress just becomes more deeply entrenched and the grow INTO bigger challenges such as sensory processing disorders, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and learning difficulties.
