What an amazing year! We have had so may fabulous clients through our doors, our Pilates community is growing and it was great to get together with some of our Pilates members at our yearly get together last weekend at Merrin Street brewery. We are officially off on break from 24th December until 5th January. We thank all our clients and members for your support and referrals in 2025. Have a great Christmas with your nearest and dearest. We look forward to seeing you all back in the new year!

Vanessa and I had fun at a course on the weekend learning cupping and gua Sha for something a bit different! Really enjoyed both performing and receiving the treatments. We are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new cups!

Just a wee reminder ❤️

Reminder: Though classes have made Pilates more accessible to the masses, the method was never intended to be portioned out and separated into just Mat or just Reformer; The method is systematic, grounded in principles of breath, control, concentration etc., working at its best when taking full advantage of all apparatus.
