Im excited to be offering live online yoga classes designed to support those who feel tight, tired and stressed
These classes aren't about pushing, performing or doing more. Theyre about moving with awareness, respecting personal boundaries and giving your nervous system some tlc
◾Monday 6pm | Move & Meditate
A pilates inspired class focused on building mobility and better posture. Ending with a guided meditation to help you feel grounded and steady going into the rest of the week
◾Wednesday 7pm | Restore
A slow yin yoga class with long, supported holds to release tension and calm body. Finish with yoga nidra meditation to help you unwind and prepare for a restful sleep. The perfect midweek reset
