A very belated Happy New Year to everyone! It's been a time... but I'm getting back on track finally I think. I hope 2025 brings us all things to look forward to and some brightness along the way.

I've been quietly working away updating the website and slowly making it easier to navigate (I hope), this is very much a work in progress

You may notice more tubie tape options, that I'm still working through.
But my newest listing is to try and make it easier for you to order matching sets!

Introducing ''Build a custom set''

It's not perfect, but to keep prices down, I only have basic website options. I still think it should help make the order process a bit smoother 💜

There's a new section labeled 'organisation' which I will slowly be adding things to, currently has custom labels..
I've also added PICC sleeve fabric options finally to make that process a little easier!

And lastly, at the end of January I will be putting the prices up on fabric products and pump stickers (max of $0.50-1.00 an item) this reflects increases in my costs, I hate having to review prices but my costs increase and my margins are small... I feel I'm continuing to offer reasonable prices for what they are and the care I put into every item.

Tubie tape/gripLok toppers will stay their current prices.

I bought a 'scrap box' of fabrics and these gems were in it. I'd love to make some Kiwiana tubie supplies, but I dont want to make the wrong items-because they are just scraps so I will only have enough for a few things.

Is anyone keen on some very limited edition items? Its my understanding that at least some of them are custom fabrics the lady has made for her business and I feel rather privileged to have snapped them up.

The first fabric, the print is small, it would look amazing as tubie clips as well as tubie pads/tidies/port connectors etc. And there's bigger pieces compared to the options on the second photo.
The second bunch are still just big enough to make tubie pads (both round and hexagon), connector protectors and if I work some magic, clips too.

Let me know if you're interested in any, I just dont want to waste them by making up the wrong items

Time seems to go so fast and at time's I'm so busy getting orders out the door I even forget to get photos of them! But here's a small selection of orders from the past few months.....I will never stop being humbled by the fact that people choose me, little me, and my creations.
As I get more busy(and/or have unplanned hospital dramas of my own), I'm grateful for people's patience with me as I'm getting orders made and on their way to you-its literally just me and my sewing machine, every single item I carefully make and hope that they'll do what they were made for.... to be functional, but also a bit of much needed fun in an often unrelenting medical routine.
So here's a big thank you to each and every one of you!

There are a few 'new' bits on way, but I'll leave them for a post of their own :)

Had so much fun creating these for one of my lovely customer's, they're approx 6cm across and 4cm tall and made out of Hypafix tape.
A bit of different fun for securing your medical lines and tubes!
I'm having a play around with some other characters, Disney and Bluey etc.
Let me know if there's any you'd be interested in me making for you....
I can also do more basic shapes like hearts and stars and flowers etc so would be keen for some ideas to create!
This size will be $0.80 each ($7 for10) and smaller sizing would be $0.50 ($4.50 for 10)

Grip-Lok toppers are now officially available on the website-thank you to the customers who have trialled these and provided feedback. The shape is now 99% perfect and I'm super happy with them!
I'm pretty sure I've managed to add it to every tape design option, and of course always available for custom designs as well, if you find I've missed something, please get in touch as it will just be an oversight. Current price is $1.00 a set.

I have also managed to get my hands on a smallish supply of genuine medium Grip-Lok 3300M, sterile and individually packaged.
In NZ non sterile ones of this size retail for $8-9 each, but I have these listed at $5 each. This price is dependent on supply as I will be importing them to get you the best deal I can. I will only ever supply genuine tidi Grip-Loks that are sterile. However I will offer the option of applying the toppers for you if requested.

If you have any other requests for things you'd like available, please get in touch... If I can, I'll do my best. So many of my products come from customers asking ''could you...? ''

Product spotlight *GAME CHANGER*

Everyone who orders my Trendy grippy clips says the exact same thing! From the US, Canada, Australia, UK and of course here in NZ!

Now those who know me, know I struggle to talk myself up.....but I really am genuinely proud to be able to share my favourite product with you all.

It came about because I have terrible adhesive allergies and needed a way to properly secure my central line. I personally have been using these clips for almost 3 years now (and I'm on the same 2 that I started with-starting to wear out finally).

We've made it through 2023, and looking towards another year ahead. I don't think many people have escaped the past year without fresh deep scars, I know I was ready for it to end! ...but I just wanted to pause and say how grateful I am for each and every one of you who has joined me and TubiEssentials on our journey. And for those I hope to cross paths with in the coming year.
Thankful for your support and your trust in me to help brighten your medical journeys.
I am blessed by each one of you and sharing in your stories and supporting as and where I can. Let's hope 2024 shares some kindness, or at least gives us opportunities to share a little kindness in the world.

So grateful for customers (I feel like calling you all friends actually) who trust me to create your tubie essentials. I love my day job, but it's full on stress and currently trying to break me... But being able to bring things to life like this lovely order is really uplifting and humbling too. Obviously I never wish tubes on people, but if you need them... Let's make them pretty!
